Count The Tychos

According to NASA, the crater on the moon Tycho is 53 miles across. I copied that crater, and according to those numbers, the moon is about 30 Tychos diameter. So that would make the diameter of the moon about 1,500 miles, if the size of Tycho is correct.

Would you be able to see something 1500 miles across, at a quarter million miles away? I think so, but i think it would look a lot smaller than the moon does.
