I was thinking that since the moon is 240,000 miles away, then people must not need telescopes, because they can clearly see the moon and all it’s details even though it’s only 3400kms and supposedly a quarter of a million miles away. Or is it that far away? People must have binocular vision to be able to see things so good from that far away. Or else the moon is a lot closer than we have been told.
