I Smell Dead People

Many times when i buy a new appliance it comes with a special warning label that says due to California Proposition 65 they are required to put a special label on electrical appliances and such that says the heater contains chemicals known to cause cancer and birth defects. Because the appliance contains lead, i believe, it is required to have this special California warning label. So i thought, they should also require the same type of warning label on Vaccines. If they are so concerned about the elements in an electrical heater, they sure should be concerned with the ingredients they are mainlining into their bloodstream! Otherwise it seems like some sort of half fast attempt to warn people about the dangerous chemicals that affect them.

Some people might say that i am very harsh on certain issues and some people. Not just among the sinners, but also among fellow Christians. But if i see people sinning, i am required to rebuke them. Scripture commands us to rebuke them.

Titus Chapter 1

13 This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they
may be sound in the faith;

I’m not here to pussyfoot around and make gentle suggestions about such things as teaching false doctrines, or tolerating hypocrisy, or breaking any of God’s commandments! We are told to rebuke them sharply, not play patty cake with them. Why? Because if they are not sound in the faith, and they are not keeping God’s commandments, they will not be saved. We must tell them. We don’t want them to fear. We want them to stop sinning, so they can be saved. But if they don’t stop sinning, then they better fear! Better to have never been born! Jesus commands us to be harsh!

Finally, 700 cups of coffee later, or more, i finally understand the Scripture where God says that “ye are the salt of the earth”. It’s a message to the prophets.

St. Matthew Chapter 5

11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and
shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in
heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
13 ¶ Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour,
wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to
be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.

What Jesus us saying is for the prophets to rejoice when they are persecuted, for so were the previous prophets persecuted. Then, Jesus goes on to say that the prophets are the salt of the earth, and if the salt loses it’s savour, it’s no good for anything. In other words, the prophets are to have salt, and if the prophets lose their salt, then they are no good for anything. Having this salt and savour is what makes men revile them and persecute them.

This is why we sometimes appear harsh. We want everyone to go to Heaven, and if we see people making errors that will keep them out of Heaven, we have to tell them! Why? Because we love them. As God says, He rebukes those He loves. Why? So they can be saved! Stop their sinning and be saved. Because now they know better. How could i live and spend Eternity, knowing i did not do everything i could do in my power to save every single person i possibly could? That would not be cool.

St. Matthew Chapter 5

20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed
the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case
enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Now, a Test Question:

1. If we use our hands to Pray, they must be

A. Folded

B. Side by Side

C. Intertwined

D. Pointing Up

E. Clean

That’s right! They must be clean. Why is that? Because God will not hear our prayers if our hands are not clean. We must be cleansed of sinning, and stop sinning.

1 Peter Chapter 3

12 For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are
open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that
do evil.

This means that God’s ears are closed to the sinners. God tunes them out. God listened in on their channel for awhile, then changed the channel. For example, let’s say a person goes and eats flesh with blood, and that person prays to God. God is not going to hear that persons prayers, because their hands are all bloody. Even if a person is not being righteous, God will not hear his prayers. It does no good to pray if our hands are not clean.

Some people might tell me that God answered my prayers years ago, when i used to eat meat, and that would make me wrong. However, that’s incorrect. Because at that time, i did not know that it was wrong to eat flesh. But now that i do know that it is an abomination to God, of course i quit. I quit doing everything that is abomination to God. But there is a big difference between eating meat and not knowing it is a sin, and being told it is a sin, and continuing to do so. Willful disobedience is a complete different story than sinning out of ignorance, or not knowing any better. Once we know better, to continue on sinning is rejection of God. At that point, people are choosing Satan, instead of God. If people do not believe the Scriptures, if they do not hear Moses and the prophets, they will not believe and they will not be saved.

Some other people might tell me that i killed rats, and so that makes me wrong, because the commandments says Thou shalt not kill. However, that is also incorrect. Because we must remember that Scripture also tells us that there is a time and place for everything. Now you can bet, if you go in your nursery, and the cat is on top of your baby’s face, sucking out your baby’s breath, the cat is going to get it. Or if you are attacked by an animal, the animal is going to get it. However, i don’t kill for fun, i don’t kill for sport, i don’t kill to eat flesh, i only kill if it’s necessary, and only if i have to. I feel it’s better to set a rat trap, because then the rat kills itself, essentially. But i would never kill people. That is the big sin, because man was created in the image of God. But even so, if you read SCripture, you will read that throughout history, from time to time, God commanded his servants to sometimes wipe out entire cities, and kill every single person in the town, because they were the enemies of God. So as Scripture tells us, there is a time and place for everything. Not every person has the same directions from God. That’s why we focus on our own personal relationship with God, just like we don’t focus on the personal relationship between two other people, for example. But, it’s sometimes necessary when we have to prove things, to see if they are of God, or not. We must check to see that everything we are taught is based on Scripture.

Also, some people might say they heard me say cuss words, and so that makes me a sinner. They may hear me cuss, but they will never hear me take God’s Name in vain. Now if you read Scripture, as you were told, you would know that in the ten commandments, there is no commandment that says thou shalt not use unpleasant sounding words, or impolite grammar, or incorrect grammar. It is not a sin to say foul words. It may not be pleasant sounding, and it may not be polite, so generally we try to be polite around other people. But no where in the Bible does God command us not to use any words, EXCEPT in the ten commandments God commands us not to take His Name in vain! So a person who goes around using God’s name in vain IS breaking the commandments, not the guy who uses the eff word. There is no law against cursing, EXCEPT to use God’s Name!

For example, i know of one person who takes God’s Name in vain, every single time i see that person. Every time i see that person they say things such as “Oh my god this” or “Oh my god that” and “I swear to god”. I heard that person take God’s Name in vain three times, in ten minutes. Not only that, she swears by god! which we are also commanded not to do. So this lady is really foul mouthed, and much more offensive than some guy using profanity. Not surprisingly, in this generation, people think nothing of blaspheming God’s Holy Name. Probably that same lady goes home and prays to god with bloody hands, thinking that God is actually listening to her. How could He? As we learned, God’ turns off His ears to sinners. And if that lady is taking His Name in vain three times every ten minutes, that’s 18 times an hour, that’s 180 times a day in a ten hour day! So that lady may take God’s Name in vain 200 times a day, and swear by god, then no wonder when God listens in to her channel, He tunes her out.! That’s nothing but garbage, and i wouldn’t listen to it either. But people are very foolish. They think they can take God’s Name in vain, they think they can eat flesh, they think they can commit adultery, they think they can do anything they want, and nothing is going to happen to them. But God told them what would happen to them, in His Word, the HOly Bible. So if they refuse to believe or refuse to obey, then they will be lost. Because whosoever believeth in Jesus will not perish, but whosoever does not believe will perish. They will not be saved. They were told, and they chose to keep on sinning, even after they knew it was a sin for which they will receive the death penalty.

Romans Chapter 1

28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge,
God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which
are not convenient;
29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness,
covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit,
malignity; whisperers,
30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of
evil things, disobedient to parents,
31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural
affection, implacable, unmerciful:
32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such
things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in
them that do them.

In other things i was thinking about, i thought that people who have undisciplined bodies also have undisciplined minds. How do we know? Of course, we can see the body is undisciplined. Therefore we know the mind is undisciplined, because the body can only do what the mind tells it to do! Discipline comes from the mind. For example, you would hardly ever see a martial arts master who was extremely obese. Why? Because if his mind is disciplined by martial arts, his body will reflect his discipline. I’m not saying that everyone who is overweight is undisciplined. I am saying that people who have undisciplined bodies also have undisciplined minds. Because discipline starts in the mind.

But people everywhere are not guilty of being undisciplined because they overeat. Americans have been trained that they must consume three fairly large meals per day, at least, they think it is required to be healthy, and they don’t even know they are overeating. They have been taught that way. I use to be the same way, and i was raised that way, and i felt i had to have a large breakfast, and a good healthy lunch, and a large dinner. And because i lived that way i gained a lot of weight, because i was overeating, and i didn’t even know it. I was doing what i thought i was supposed to be doing. And also, i had an undisciplined mind. I remember those days, eating a big meal, and already looking forward to what we’re going to eat in the next big meal, a couple hours later. And not only that, our food supply has been tampered with and loaded with things that make people overweight, and cancerous, and brain damaged, and everything else.

St. Matthew Chapter 8

28 ¶ And when he was come to the other side into the country of the
Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of
the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way.
29 And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with
thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us
before the time?

Yes, now it is that Time.

James Chapter 2

19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils
also believe, and tremble.
20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?
21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had
offered Isaac his son upon the altar?
22 Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was
faith made perfect?
23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed
God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was
called the Friend of God.
24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith
only.
25 Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when
she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way?
26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works
is dead also.
