Getting Some Pretty High Readings On The Fail-O-Meter

Now we know that God controls everything. Do you think that it is possible for God to lose control, at any time? Of course we know that is not even possible. Humans do not have the capability to understand God fully. God is a Mystery to us that we can never fully understand in this world. So we have to accept God on faith. Because, as i was told in 2013, “things are not as simple as i think they are”. No, things are much more complicated, so much so, that we can’t understand. It’s kind of like a beginner learning to play chess. This is not a game called “Which one is shinola?”. No, this is much more complicated than humans can understand. And we can easily recognize the folly of humans who choose to challenge God, who works in ways they can’t even begin to understand.

In this world, everybody has their own hardships to bear. Everyone. Whether animal or human, we all have our burdens to bear. There is no escaping it. The only thing that matters is how we deal with it. And if we can help others with their hardships. Now hardships are hard to bear, and we often wonder how can this be God’s way. But if our hardships lead us to Christ, and others, and lead us to eternal life in Heaven, then would not our hardships then actually be blessings? Again, these are things we cannot fully understand in this day and age. So we accept them on faith.

A big source of confusion for modern day people is Scripture interpretation. Some people say that you must keep the Sabbath day, and not do anything, and yet others say you must keep the preparation day, and follow other Jewish holidays and feast calendars and so forth. But is it necessary? Again, what did Jesus say? Thankfully, Jesus is very, very clear on this subject, about using and keeping the old law.

St. Luke Chapter 16

16 The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the
kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it.

Jesus tells us that after John the Baptist, the kingdom of Heaven is preached, and every man presseth into it, Jews AND Gentiles alike. Jesus tells us very clearly. There are not two different religions, such as one for Jewish, and one for Gentile Christianity, but there is only one Kingdom of Heaven, for all. So this means that the old law, the feasts and the offerings and the sabbaths and all the old laws are no longer kept past John the Baptist, and Jesus tells us what the new Kingdom of Heaven is to be preached.

St. Matthew Chapter 7

12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to
you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

Jesus tells us that all the old law and prophets comes down to this one Rule. The Golden Rule. This replaces all the old laws, and especially the “oral traditions of men” practiced by the scribes and Pharisees.

St. Matthew Chapter 22

35 Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question,
tempting him, and saying,
36 Master, which
is the great commandment in the law?
37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy
heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second
is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as
40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

And so we can see that the emphasis Jesus teaches us is to love one another. That is the New Law.

St. John Chapter 13

34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another;
as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.

So keeping this main commandment to love one another is what is important. Learn to love your brother not just by what you say, but what you think, and feel, and do. Forget about all the vain traditions of men already, and keep the commandments of God. It’s really very simple. Don’t let men complicate things to the point that we can no longer distinguish the basic Truths. Perhaps i should advise people to do what i do. And that is to take your instruction from God, not from men. Open your mind to the Truth, and the Truth will speak to you.

And especially don’t take religious instructions from a man walking around in a big catfish costume! Don’t be ridiculous!
