One White Crow

One thing that i have been doing since reading Clothed with The Sun, which i also understand means that if you saw Someone who was clothed with the sun, that that person would be AS bright as the sun, and you would not be able to look at the woman who was clothed with the sun; is i have learned about thinking of Scripture in symbolic terms. Because i have always had a literal sense of the Bible. Adam and Eve to me, if the Bible says they were real people, then i believe that there were two people named as such, and they were exactly as the Bible describes them. However, it does not make the Scriptures untrue, or false, if the story of Adam and EVe were also a symbolic tale, either alone, or as well. Either way, God’s Word is True. No matter which way you look at it.

It actually helps my understanding to try and look at the symbolic part of God’s Word, and then i begin to realize there is symbolism in the Bible, there is quite a lot actually. The symbolic side of the story is a whole nother story and has it’s own meaning. Because it is symbolic, it is not written of or spoken of in the actual text, so that makes it an invisible, unseen side of the story. Kind of like the story is in 2D. At least if you have a 2D capable receiver. It’s kind of like a secret, hidden meaning to the story. And so i like thinking about the Bible stories both in a literal sense AND what their symbolic meaning also is.

For example, today i want to go back to Genesis and talk about some things i wrote down about before. Now with thinking of the symbolism in Genesis, i have a different idea about Adam and Eve. Symbolism gives the story a new dimension. And this sometimes helps my understanding.

Now Ignorance was more subtil than any beast of the field that the Lord God had made.

In the beginning, God created Adam and Eve and put them into a nice Garden God had created. There was everything you could want to eat in that Garden. Trees of all sorts of good foods. Also in the Garden was a Tree that God told Adam and Eve NOT to eat. One tree. Every other tree they could eat of, but that one tree was Forbidden. There was plenty to eat in the Garden, and Adam and Eve had NO NEED to eat of the forbidden Fruit. Now Ignorance was more subtil than any beast of the field that the Lord God had created. And one day, while Eve was looking at the forbidden Tree, Ignorance spoke to Eve and said “Now why did God say not to eat this Fruit? Why? Probably because if we eat the Fruit, we will have Knowledge and we will become as gods as well! And so lets eat of the Fruit and we will become as gods! We’ll have Knowledge!

Well, Eve didn’t realize that Tree of Knowledge has Good Fruit AND it has Bad Fruit. There also exists Bad Knowledge. And so, through the ignorance of trying to be smarter than God, by not listening to God, Eve made a huge mistake and instead of becoming like a god, she instead realized her own despicable condition, and instead of being proud and god like, she became ashamed. This is what happens when people disobey God. Even though God told them, If you eat of the forbidden Tree, you will die. Not only will you die, you will SURELY die! But they disobeyed, and instead of becoming god like, they became ashamed and they were cast out of the garden of free Trees everywhere and they then had to work and struggle and toil and plant instead. And they, just as God had surely said, they surely died.

By disobeying God, they received the OPPOSITE of Good. If we obey God, we receive Good. If we disobey God, we receive the opposite of Good. There is NO WAY that anyone can receive anything Good by being disobedient to God. People think they will somehow increase themselves by being disobedient to God, even though God tells them beforehand that if they are disobedient, THEY WILL SURELY DIE.

Now, why all the importance on Obedience, and was it just chance that all this happened to Eve? We’ll get to that soon, but first i wanted to talk about the symbolism of Adam and Eve. First, i don’t think it was just by chance that all this happened. Scripture tells us that the Heavens were created for us, from the foundation of the World. Meaning that Heaven was created for us first, and it depends on what we do on Earth whether wer are allowed to go in to Heaven. So i don’t believe that this happened by chance, as God knew of All beforehand.

Now it helps me to see that Adam is symbolic, the Fruit is symbolic, the serpent is symbolic because the serpent is really the Ignorance of man, thinking that by somehow he would increase himself by DISOBEYING God, even though he was told before hand he would SURELY DIE. The Forbidden fruit is ANYTHING that is forbidden. Adam symbolizes man, and God shows us that man can’t live in Heavens Garden, because man cannot resist the Temptation of the tempting Tree in front of him. If God really did not want Adam and Eve to be able to eat that Fruit, God would NOT have put that Tree before them. Rather, i believe God knew the people would not be able to resist the temptation. Man is unable to resist the temptations of the flesh, which is what the Fruit represents, and it leads man to sin and makes him therefore ineligible for entrance into Heaven. Man disobeyed and he got CAST OUT! and after that he died.

Now the Lesson is the same for today. Obey God and live in Heaven. Disobey God and Die. Disobey and get cast out. The story is universal and timeless.

And today, we see the same thing. People disregard God’s Word and even though they are told they will surely die, they continue to be disobedient! Why? Because of the serpent, Ignorance. Men think they know better than God, and they then disregard God’s Word. This leads them to death. Why? Because God told us. That’s why. And i’ll try to explain it.

So i think the Garden of Eden story is symbolic that God put something temptatious in front of man, and man was unable to resist. Some men gave into the temptation, and others were deceived into partaking of the temptation. God wanted to see if Man would be obedient. And if man was not obedient, then he would be cast out of the Garden for sin. God brought forth all the animals before Adam, to see what Adam would call them. I think even more importantly, God wanted to see what Adam would DO to God’s animals. I believe that is why we are on this Earth for a short time, because God is watching us to see what we DO !

Because remember, i told you before, that we are gods. We were created in the image of God, and we are therefore gods. Not so much right now in the physical world, but depending on what we DO here, we can become gods that have Eternal Life and never die. But never the less, we were created in the image of God, and that alone makes us gods. And we KNOW this is True, because, God told us.

Genesis Chapter 1

27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God
created he him; male and female created he them.

Not only did God create us in His very own IMage! , God also gave us Power.

Genesis Chapter 1

28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and
multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion
over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every
living thing that moveth upon the earth.

God gave man Power over every living thing! This is not to be taken lightly. There are other examples in the Bible when God gave Power to men. Such as in the New Testament, when Jesus gave the disciples Power over demons and unclean spirits, and to heal the sick and raise the dead. These were Supernatural Powers. What were they? They were the Power of God. God created us as gods, and God gave us Power.

Now not everyone uses their Power for Good. Some people use the Power for Bad. And i believe that is why we were sent to Earth, to see who would Obey God and use their Powers wisely, and who would not. Because if God creates us as gods, and gives us Power, we better not abuse it. We need to use it wisely. Why?

Because he who hath used his Power wisely will be given More; and he who hath NOT used his Power wisely will lose even that which he hath been given.

Matthew Chapter 13

12 For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more
abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away
even that he hath.

God created us as gods and given us some limited power of the world around us. Now God is watching us, to see what we will do. Will we use our powers wisely? What will we do with the creatures that we have been given Power over? Will we love them and nurture them and care for them? Or will we slaughter them, and torture them, and treat them without caring about their feelings at all? What will all these gods do with their Power that God gave them temporary use of? God wants to Know.

Now i also believe that “Adam” and “Eve” killed and ate God’s creatures, and that is why God got so angry and cast them out of His Garden. Because they were very disobedient.

LUke Chapter 16

10 He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much:
and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.
11 If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon,
who will commit to your trust the true riches?
12 And if ye have not been faithful in that which is another man’s,
who shall give you that which is your own?
13 ¶ No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the
one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise
the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

God says if we cannot be trusted to use our Powers wisely here on Earth, then we will not be given Great Power and Eternal Life. In fact, what little Power we have been given here on Earth will be taken away if we abuse it. Will we align ourselves with God and His Power? Or will we try to use our Power against God? If we abuse our Power and are disobedient to God, we will lose everything that we have been given. That is why we need to obey God. BEcause God gave us great Powers, and if we are disobedient and abuse our Power, God will not stand for that. God will not give people power who use it to do evil against others. No, God will take away ALL their power, instead.

This reminds me of a saying i heard. It only takes one white crow to prove that all crows aren’t black. That makes sense, but what does it mean?

Now i have this quote from the Gospel of the Holy Twelve. And just because the Gospel of the Holy Twelve is different from, and does not appear in the Bible, does NOT mean the Gospel of the Holy Twelve is false, or untrue. Contrarily, The Gospel of the Holy Twelve is a confirmation of the Bible scriptures, and not vice versa.

Gospel of the Holy Twelve

Lection 19

6. Raise the Stone, and there thou shall find me. Cleave the wood, and there am I. For in the fire and in the water even as in every living form, God is manifest as it’s Life and it’s Substance.
7. AND the Lord said, If thy brother hath sinned in word seven times a day, and seven times a day hath made amendment, receive him. Simon said to him, Seven times a day ?
8. The Lord answered and said to him, I tell thee also unto seventy times seven, for even in the Prophets, after they were anointed by the Spirits utterance of sin was found.
9. Be ye therefore considerate, be tender, be ye pitiful, be ye kind, not to your own kind alone, but to every creature which is within your care, for ye are to them as gods, to whom they look in their need. Be ye slow to anger for many sin in anger which they repented of, when their anger was past.
10. AND there was a man whose hand was withered and he came to Iesus and said, Lord, I was a mason seeking sustenance by my hands, I beseech thee restore to me my health that I may not beg for food with shame. And Iesus healed him, saying There is a house made without hands, seek that thou mayest dwell therein.

I often times wonder why people follow me around and bother me and harass me and won’t leave me alone. Now i begin to see, they are trying to bother God, by harassing me. Now i think i have almost all my beatitudes. Yes, i see the people try to interfere with God’s Will by harassing me. There is no other reason that people would bother and harass me.

Jesus told us to be considerate to ALL living creatures. Now of course this makes sense. Because i think it is pretty plain to see that whatever man will do to animals, man will do the same thing to other men. If men will take guns and shoot animals, then men will shoot other men. If men will NOT kill animals, then neither would they kill other men. And so whatever men will do to animals is a gauge of how they are inside, and what they would do to other people.

Now the common denominator of all men is sin. That is why Jesus said men were unable to judge other men. Because, “let him who is without sin cast the first stone”.

Now if a man claims to be compassionate and a loving person, and then turns around and says “Kill a cow and make me a sandwich off of it. I don’t care what you do with the rest of the cow, i just want a sandwich off of it.”, then obviously that person is NOT compassionate and loving as he had claimed. Because if we, knowing what sadness, and pain is, and death, if we cause sadness and pain and death on other creatures, no matter how small, that proves that we are not loving and compassionate. Why? Because it only takes one white crow. That’s all. It only takes one of cruelty.

Now some people might say, oh we don’t condone killing people, we only condone killing animals. Or some people might say they only kill bad animals. Or some might say they only kill fish. But i say, it only takes one white crow to prove that all crows aren’t black. It only takes ONE instance of cruelty to prove that a person is cruel. And if a person is cruel and thoughtless and careless and disobedient, that person is not going to receive Everlasting Life in Heaven with the Gods.

To me, eating meat is like the ‘one white crow’. It also reminds me of something i wrote down about before, which my physics instructor taught me that is called the Dead Mouse Principle. Which if the chef of the kitchen cleans the kitchen spotless, top to bottom, inside out, but if the inspector shows up and finds a dead mouse on the floor, it is automatic failure. Instant. One dead mouse. And i’m afraid many people have been fooled, deceived by Satan, fooled by their own ignorance NOT to believe the Word of God and they choose to eat meat, and this then will be their downfall.

Because people who don’t have compassion for animals and condone imprisoning them and keeping them under torturous conditions, then brutally slaughtering them and eating them, these are the same people who will shoot their own brothers with guns. The same people who will shoot rockets from 2,500 miles away and kill innocent women and children, while at the same time, proclaiming themselves to be “loving, compassionate people”. Doesn’t that just make you sick? And yet to these misguided folks, they think that its OK to hurt and kill anything they want.

Now as i mentioned before, God gave us these powers, these Powers of God. And God is watching us to see what we do with the Powers. If we abuse what we have been given, it will ALL be taken away. Because there is in no way that we will be allowed to have Eternal Life and be given Great Powers and live in the Kingdom of Heaven if we are not caring and compassionate to all God’s creation. There is no way we will receive a REward if we are disobedient to God and if we live in sin. No, we don’t receive a Reward for being disobedient. We get Cast Out, and we receive Death, instead.

Because WHATEVER we sow, that is what we shall reap.

So for me, i don’t wish to harm any living creature. Insects, or animals or humans. Now insects i don’t think they fall under the Law. Because the Law is “anything that has blood of life”.

Genesis Chapter 9

3 Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the
green herb have I given you all things.
4 But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall ye
not eat.
5 And surely your blood of your lives will I require; at the hand of
every beast will I require it, and at the hand of man; at the hand of
every man’s brother will I require the life of man.
6 Whoso sheddeth man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for
in the image of God made he man.

Whoever sheddeth blood by the sword shall die by the same.

Now for me, i consider the one white crow idea, and i don’t even want to hurt insects. Because if i am cruel to insects, then i would not be against cruelty to animals or anything else. And as for myself, i am not a proud person. No, i consider myself very small and weak. Sometimes i pray to God and i tell God i am sorry i am so small and weak, and i am so unholy and unclean, and i am so vulgar and profane, and i am carnal, and i have carnal knowledge, and i pray for forgiveness for the greatness of my sins, and this makes me want to be a non-sinner even more, because i repent of my sins and i wish to sin no more. I want to be closer to God, not farther away.

That reminded me of the Beatitudes i read about the other day on the website. I never studied that before, but as i read about the 8 beatitudes, i think that i have almost all of them. All of them except one, which is a pure heart. I don’t know how to have a pure heart. I don’t think i can, in the flesh. But i pray to God that i can learn how to have a pure heart. Because i want to See God.

Gospel of the Holy Twelve

Lection 20

8. Blessed are ye who abstain from all things gotten by bloodshed and death, and fulfill all righteousness: Blessed are ye, for ye shall attain to Beatitude.

Now one thing i want to remind everyone is the first two commandments, the two greatest commandments that Jesus taught us:

Matthew Chapter 22

35 Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question,
tempting him, and saying,
36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy
heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as
40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Luke Chapter 10

25 ¶ And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him,
saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?
26 He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou?
27 And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all
thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all
thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.
28 And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou
shalt live.
29 But he, willing to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my
30 And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from
Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of
his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.
31 And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and
when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.
32 And likewise a Levite, when he was at the place, came and looked
on him, and passed by on the other side.
33 But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and
when he saw him, he had compassion on him,
34 And went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and
wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and
took care of him.
35 And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence, and
gave them to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and
whatsoever thou spendest more, when I come again, I will repay
36 Which now of these three, thinkest thou, was neighbour unto him
that fell among the thieves?
37 And he said, He that shewed mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto
him, Go, and do thou likewise

Now the lawyer wanted to know who his “neighbor” was. We modern folks, we know our “neighbors” are the people who live next door. The people who live in the “neighborhood”. In fact, everyone is our neighbor. IN fact, animals are our neighbors too, are they not?

And sometimes, people will even say how their cat rescued them from a house fire, or the dog saved Timmy from the well, and other stories where mere ANIMALS carried out the Will of God! Animals were helping people! And so not only are animals our neighbors, these animal neighbors are known to carry out the Will of God! and Jesus tells us who they really are. The animals are our “brothers and sisters”.

Matthew Chapter 12

47 Then one said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren
stand without, desiring to speak with thee.
48 But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my
mother? and who are my brethren?
49 And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said,
Behold my mother and my brethren!
50 For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven,
the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.

And so our neighbors, the animals who also carry out the will of God, it can be said that they are brothers and sisters too. And that is some food for thought.
