Matthew Chapter 28

18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given
unto me in heaven and in earth.
19 ¶ Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the
name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have
commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of
the world. Amen.

Here in Matthew 28, Jesus is teaching us that God is not just the Father, God is ALSO the HOly Spirit, and God is ALSO Jesus, the Son. God is made up of all three. God is not an Individual, God is the HOly Trinity made up of all Three. Heavenly Father, Heavenly Mother and Jesus all each individually hold the Keys to Heaven and the Keys to Hell. They are all God, individually and united in the Holy Trinity. So God is not one single individual. God is made up of these three, the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost. This is what Jesus taught us, and this is what Jesus commanded us to teach and to be baptized as such. This is the gospel of Jesus. This is Jesus doctrine. And since Jesus Himself taught us these things, then we know without a doubt that it is True. Because God’s Word is True and will never change. It is very important that we learn and heed God’s Teachings. By doing so, we can avoid making great errors.

This is God’s Word, direct from Scripture. This is the doctrine we need to learn and follow. This is how we know what our covenant with God is, because God taught it to us in Scriptures. Our covenant with God is repentance and remission of sins, and in return, God will forgive our sins. This is what Scripture teaches us directly. And since Scripture teaches us this directly, there is no question whether it is True, or not. God’s Word is True and cannot be changed. Again i say we should heed God’s Word. What could be more important than God’s Word? Don’t you think we should heed God’s Word?

Repentance is being sorry for our sins. What is remission of sins? What does that mean? Remission of sins means we stop sinning. As Jesus told the one sick guy whom He had healed – Go, and sin no more. Jesus told the man to stop sinning. If we don’t stop sinning, we won’t be saved.

John Chapter 5

8 Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk.
9 And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed,
and walked: and on the same day was the sabbath.
10 ¶ The Jews therefore said unto him that was cured, It is the
sabbath day: it is not lawful for thee to carry thy bed.
11 He answered them, He that made me whole, the same said unto
me, Take up thy bed, and walk.
12 Then asked they him, What man is that which said unto thee,
Take up thy bed, and walk?
13 And he that was healed wist not who it was: for Jesus had
conveyed himself away, a multitude being in that place.
14 Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him,
Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come
unto thee.

Here Jesus is teaching us that once we are saved, once we are healed, we should sin no more, “lest a worse thing come unto thee”. This is a stern warning. Jesus died for the remission of sins. Without repentance, there is no remission. Without remission, there is no forgiveness. Jesus died to save people that stopped sinning. Jesus didn’t die so that people could just go on sinning and do whatever they want to do. That’s like a slap in the face to Jesus.

Matthew Chapter 26

26 ¶ And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and
brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my
body.
27 And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying,
Drink ye all of it;
28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many
for the remission of sins.

Here Jesus teaches us that He died for the remission of sins. He died to save people who repented and stopped sinning. This is Jesus doctrine. It is also the same doctrine taught by John the Baptist.

Mark Chapter 1

THE beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God;
2 As it is written in the prophets, Behold, I send my messenger
before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee.
3 The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of
the Lord, make his paths straight.
4 John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of
repentance for the remission of sins.

Luke Chapter 1

76 And thou, child, shalt be called the prophet of the Highest: for
thou shalt go before the face of the Lord to prepare his ways;
77 To give knowledge of salvation unto his people by the remission
of their sins,
78 Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring
from on high hath visited us,
79 To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of
death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.
80 And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, and was in the
deserts till the day of his shewing unto Israel.

Here in Luke Chapter 1, verse 77 we are taught that the salvation of His people is through “the remission of sins”. This is our salvation – when we repent AND stop sinning. Now some people believe that they will be saved no matter what they do. But as we can see, this is clearly NOT what Scripture teaches us. In order to have salvation, we must stop sinning. Again, that is our covenant with God. We stop sinning and we are then given forgiveness. However, if we do not stop sinning, if there is no remission, then we are no different than we were before we were “saved”. WE are still the same sinners as we were before. Only now we know better. Now we are worse off, because now we know we should stop sinning, but we still keep on sinning.

For example, lets say some folks thought they just had to call on Jesus Name, and that’s all they have to do to be saved. And after they call on Jesus Name, they figure they can do anything they want. They might curse God’s Name, they may lie, they may continue on in fornication and adultery, they may blaspheme God, they may decide that they do not want to carry out God’s Will here on Earth, instead, they want to carry out their own self will. So these folks figure after living a life of sin and self will, and ignoring God and God’s commandments, they think they will still be allowed in to Heaven! This is very bad doctrine, and it is NOT what Scripture teaches us. We are taught remission of sins is our salvation. Without remission of sins we are not saved, we are sinners. And sinners are NOT allowed into Heaven. We must have white robes to be allowed to attend the Wedding Feast, otherwise we will be thrown out.

Luke Chapter 24

45 Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand
the scriptures,
46 And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ
to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:
47 And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in
his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
48 And ye are witnesses of these things.

Here in Luke Chapter 24, Jesus is teaching the Disciples what to teach, and what gospel to preach, which is the gospel of Jesus. This is Jesus doctrine. Without remission of sins, there is no salvation.

I believe that God knows that however a person conducts their life on Earth, the same way that person will act when they get to Heaven. For example, you will never see someone walking around in Heaven cursing God’s Name. That is why people who continue sinning are not saved and allowed in to Heaven. Because they won’t stop sinning. They only carry out their own self will, and thus, they are not allowed in to Heaven. Because, basically, they are disobedient.

Among other things that will keep people out of Heaven besides disobedience and breaking God’s commandments, are being liars, for example. God keeps records of EVERY SINGLE WORD we speak. More than that, God keeps records of EVERY SINGLE THOUGHT we have. And we will be held accountable for ALL our words. In Matthew Chapter 12, Jesus teaches us about how important our words are, and what we say.

Matthew Chapter 12

34 O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good
things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.
35 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth
good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth
evil things.
36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak,
they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.
37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou
shalt be condemned.

Also Jesus is teaching us that whatever a man is full of, whatever is in the abundance of the heart, that is what will come out of the mouth of the man. What he speaks is what he is full of. And the tree will be known by it’s fruit – what comes out of it. The fruit in this case being the words of the man.

LUke Chapter 6

43 For a good tree bringeth not forth corrupt fruit; neither doth a
corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
44 For every tree is known by his own fruit. For of thorns men do not
gather figs, nor of a bramble bush gather they grapes.
45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth
that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his
heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the
heart his mouth speaketh.

And not only that, Jesus reprimands those folks who call on Jesus for salvation, but DO NOT DO what they are supposed to do, which is the remission of sins, for one thing.

46 ¶ And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I
say?
47 Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth
them, I will shew you to whom he is like:
48 He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid
the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat
vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was
founded upon a rock.
49 But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a
foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream
did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that
house was great.

Jesus teaches us that those who do not do what He teaches them will not be saved! Their house will fall down! ONLY those who heareth AND DOETH Jesus sayings will be saved. These are Jesus direct words, God’s teachings to us. It would behoove us to pay attention and learn what God teaches us. God’s teachings are the ONLY WAY we can be saved. It is the most important thing we need to do, to learn what God teaches us, and to do it.
